The filming location for HGTV’s Love It or List It has changed throughout the show’s run:
Seasons 1-6 (2008-2014): The show was filmed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and the surrounding areas.
Seasons 7-Present (2014-present): Since 2014, the show has primarily shifted filming to the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill triangle in North Carolina.
2021 Update: HGTV announced they would return to Toronto for a new season, so there might be some episodes filmed there more recently.
