“I had a dog like this for 5 years. Had her since was a pup and she was the most amazing loveable beastly you could ever ask for. I could look at her the right way, she’d lay down. Or if I busted her doing something she wasn’t supposed to do ie mooching food from the kids all your have to do is say her name and she lower her head with the cutest guilty face ever. I have pictures of all 3 of my kids snuggling with her, earliest is when my youngest was just 2 and he’s laying on top of her. But if course she had a much greater bond with my husband. To the point where he had to be the one to walk her, she would not move if he was out of her sight. Fitting because he was the one who named her tuukka Jean. She would also argued with us endlessly and “throw” punch if she was feeling feisty. Also liked to nibble elbows of you didnt give her her lovings. “
My dog has become very much a part of my human family. My mom literally uses words like babysit instead of dogsit, child abuse (when I don’t give her human food) instead of animal abuse, etc. She calls her her granddaughter. My boyfriend grew up with dogs, but never to the point where they share utensils when eating and sleep together. She has the most soulful eyes and she talks a lot. I definitely feel like we have actual conversations. I love her with my entire heart
Please share with me your story of you and your dog. My dog has gone human, nurtures our other Boxer, nannies our elderly cocker, and simply isn’t a dog. Her and I are connected in an otherworldly way, I hardly have to speak, and she, well, her eyes, eye brow moves, head tilts when she understands or when I understand what she wants or needs, it’s beyond measurement our bond. She sleeps in the kids beds with them in protect mode, tells me when it’s time to eat or go outside, and always wants to play John Wayne in the driveway. Please join me and share your story here of how your dog has gone human …..

Has the dog gone human, or has OP gone canine? Srsly, no judgement either way.
