Exercise only has to be 20 minutes of your day, maintaining a healthy diet is not time consuming compared to any other diet. Cleaning takes 15 minutes maximum if you do it regularly, socializing only has to be a few hours a week. Full time is 40 hours a week, you have 112 waking hours a week, so that’s 72 hours of awake time not at work per week. (minus commute and hygiene) That is plenty of time to exercise, pick up after yourself and go out with friends. If your problem is energy, exercise gives you more energy. If your problem is having energy but no motivation, organize things with a journal/schedule.

I’m a private investigator. I just have good time management skills, I guess.
I made a commitmen to myself when I was 17 to never be out of shape or overweight, never use drugs or abuse alcohol, and to manage myself, my possessions and my important relationships at a high level. I’ve kept that promise.
I teach high school so I my work schedule allows me to have nights and weekends off. I usually go to the park and play basketball either by myself or with randoms at the park every day after work for at least an hour. I hit up my friends and try to go out on Friday and Saturday nights. I also have go hiking and go on regular road trips when I get time off. I live in a small apartment that’s not super expensive and I don’t spend my money on unnecessary stuff.
I put a fear in my head that if it doesn’t get done today then it won’t get done tommorow. Though I leave the social life for certain days out of the month. I restrict fun time for work time. Fun times feels more rewarding that way. Like a 80% work 20% play. In a nut shell, just prioritize for now and the future.
No kids and parttime work/fulltime study but you need a schedule. Also to schedule free time
Having no children is the first requirement. Hiring people to clean my house and take care lawn is the second. No idea how someone would do that otherwise.
Waking up early every morning to reflect on what I have to do to make sure that I don’t lose my shit and do something stupid. Then I put on make up, make breakfast, and go to work thirty minutes early so I don’t feel rushed. The friends part, just be nice to people and be a good listener. I don’t have many friends, but I like the ones I have made.
I understand. My ex wife was a lazy, insecure, rage aholic. I survived that and kept on.
Sure.
