  1. OCR could take a while. If you have a Droid, you can scan the UPC symbol and bring up Amazon.com (a guy where I work showed me). You could then dump each listing into a wishlist on Amazon, then pop that into a Word document. Not all of the UPCs might come up, but most of them should. Hope that helps!

  2. ISBN numbers dude. Look them up, copy & paste the details.

  3. If you’re running on a mac, Delicious is a good piece of software. If you don’t want to spend anything then try Books.app both can use an iSight camera to scan the barcode and lookup all the info automagically.
