People who work full time, exercise regularly, maintain a healthy diet, keep a tidy home and have an active social life: who are you and how do you do it?

    I usually get some exercise at the same time by taking a walk and eating my lunch somewhere outside. You don’t have to go far – a fairly brisk 20-minute walk every day will burn calories and help you clear your mind, which in turn may help you to be more productive that afternoon. It’s just nice especially when the weather is good. I found this information useful in GP Nutrition’s blog!
