The Washita River doesn’t end in a traditional sense where it flows directly into an ocean. Instead, it historically flowed into the Red River at its confluence near Woodville, Oklahoma. However, the construction of the Denison Dam on the Red River created Lake Texoma, which now encompasses the former mouth of the Washita (https://www.britannica.com/place/Washita-River). So, in modern terms, the Washita River is considered to flow into Lake Texoma which forms the border between Bryan County, Oklahoma and Marshall County, Oklahoma.
