  1. Okay, so initially everyone thought Ali was dead. Her body was found buried in her backyard, but it turned out to be Bethany Young, a patient from Radley who looked a lot like Ali. Ali had actually run away to escape ‘A’ (Mona at first, then others) because she had so many secrets and had made a lot of enemies. She was hiding for years, popping up occasionally to help the girls or warn them, before finally revealing she was alive. Her return complicated everything, especially after she was framed for Mona’s murder and sent to jail. It was a huge twist in the series, and her being alive really shook up the whole dynamic of the show and exposed even more layers of secrets about Rosewood and the ‘A’ game, particularly her connection to Charlotte DiLaurentis (CeCe Drake).

  2. Her storyline was definitely the craziest one on the show.
