There is currently no official English dub of “Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki The Animation” (The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky). The anime originally aired in Japan in 2011 and only has a Japanese audio track with subtitles available.
However, there is a fan dub project called “Trails in the Dub” that you might be interested in checking out. Fan dubs are unofficial versions where fans provide their own voice acting for the characters. You can find more information about this project through a web search.
