a while ago, Bethesda began valuing profits over quality. The nylon bags incident is only an extension of that and not the complete story. After skyrim they stated that they didn’t want to be known as a 1 note studio and wanted develop other stuff, putting elder scrolls 6 on the back burner to most everyone’s dismay I pinpoint this as the time in which the Bethesda studio started their freefall. While some of their stuff looked good, the company was going downhill. Basically, Bethesda has become too big for its own good, lost sight of what got them there and now is in a position that until there bottom line is affected they feel they can do whatever they want because people will still buy their stuff. Bethesda advertised a bag made out of a particular material, when the consumer received it, it was of a different material. When the consumer asked the company about this, in so many words they told him to fuck off.
Apparently if you promise canvas, nylon doesn’t cut it.
Advertised it as canvas and charged a lot for them. Delivered a lower quality alternative. The bag was very clearly ‘not as advertised.’
Nylon is nowhere near as good quality as canvas. It’s like ordering jeans and getting sent a trash bag.
Was advertised as being a canvas bag. They messed up the advert, they never intended to provide a canvas bag, whomever made the ad and wrote the product description was misinformed.
YOU CANT IRON NYLON YOU IDIOTS!
False Advertisement
I have no idea whats going on or what anyone is talking about but I have to agree that nylon is inferior to canvas.
Basically they promised Snakes on a Plane and delivered Snakes on a Train. Look it up.
